Why Passare?
From humble beginnings
A little over a decade ago, eighteen of the largest independent funeral home owners in the nation commissioned a landmark funeral service study conducted by McKee Wallwork & Co. They realized a need for innovation and technology to help them improve their business and meet the needs of rapidly changing family preferences.
Passare was created in 2012 as a result of this study.
Over the next two years, Passare developed into a unique cloud-based platform and launched the funeral industry’s first collaboration platform. Kris Seale, CEO of Director’s Investment Group (DIG), saw the bright future ahead of the software and obtained full ownership of the company in 2015.
Passare’s headquarters were relocated to the great city of Abilene, Texas, where the customer base, along with features and integrations, grew at a rapid pace.
What started as a simple way to digitally manage cases has transformed into an all-in-one solution to help funeral professionals manage their business AND connect with families where they are. Passare gives you the time and space you need to innovate and improve your funeral business.
