Why wouldn’t you want to AMPLIFY your impact?

Nothing makes me more frustrated than hearing the words ‘Shar I am absolutely amazing at what I do but I don’t really promote myself, or tell anyone’.  Whhyyyyy!!!!

Why would we not shout out from the rooftops about the impact we are making in other people's lives? Why would we play so small and keep it a secret? Why do we shy away from being front and center in our own life?

Is it because of fear of judgement, maybe not feeling worthy enough or is it simply we don’t know how?

You’ve worked damn hard to have the life you have and to perfect your craft so well that you know with absolute certainty that it WILL change someone's life.

The long hours, the numerous books you’ve devoured, the endless courses you’ve taken and let’s not forget the volume of clients you’ve worked with to get them results.

I guess I’m asking you this… Why wouldn’t you want to AMPLIFY your impact?

Real impact is hard to quantify, but will be felt by those around you. Your impact, albeit big or small, is necessary for your contribution to a better future. A better planet for us all to live on.

Let’s face it, you’re already doing things that create an impact. You’ve been doing them for years. It’s just no one knows. 

You’re already changing the world. 

You’re asking the big questions on how to raise the consciousness of the planet. 

Do I put more team members on? 

Do I get involved with more charitable organisations? 

Do I look for more speaking opportunities, podcast shows? 

How can I show up more?

IT’S TIME WE PUT YOU IN THE SPOTLIGHT!!! 

Because not only will you IMPACT more people, 

you can amplify the work you do AND inspire others to do the same. 

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this what you’ve worked so hard to achieve?

You need to understand that no one else has your kind of medicine. 

No one knows what you know.

I’ve spent the last 13 years as one of Australia’s best-known publishers and television presenters. I’ve spoken to literally thousands of entrepreneurs, who are quietly going about their business creating amazing impact, but NOW it’s time to lead a revolution where we all amplify the impact we are making.

We arrived back in Australia 13 years ago, after living and experiencing the expat life with our family and I made one promise. 

To play BIG and take a ton of people along with me. 

Yet in 2011 my efforts were shot down as I faced bankruptcy after some devastating floods. It took the wind out of my sails for a hot minute until I remembered my promise. 

So I dusted myself off, walked into a newsagents and made the decision to start a women’s empowerment magazine. I’m now known in Australia as a leader, TV Talk Show host, TEDx speaker, Magazine Editor and Publisher.

So what I’ve decided to do is close down my printed magazine and press pause on my TV Talk show, not because they weren’t creating an incredible impact, but because I decided it was time to create a massive revolution! 

It was time for me to draw a line in the sand and say I have the capacity, the know-how, the experience, to bring along the best of the best of the best entrepreneurs on the planet and amplify them in the most extraordinary way. 

By drawing on all of my PR experience, media experience, publishing experience, mentoring experience, speaking experience I decided that I was going to create a book.
