Why are you being told that the company is “Streamlining”?
I feel most uncomfortable management say the company is streamlining.

Why are you being told that the company is “Streamlining”?

Streamlining: The process of making an organization of system more efficient by implementing simple and more agile approaches. Task: A single piece of work that needs to be completed. Process(es): A series of tasks or activities that need to be completed in order to meet an end goal and wondered why? The answer=better margins/EBIT/Net Profit, bonuses for the leadership team.

How does streamlining office operations affect you? It is the act of making daily duties and procedures that take place in an office setting more productive and efficient. By streamlining and improving company processes, the aim is to decrease waste, lower expenses, and increase productivity.
