Meet Willy Geldenhuys, the branch manager for Rocla Cape Town. Willy takes us on his 30 years journey with Rocla, narrating how he got to where he is now, the challenges he faced along the way, and the secret behind the successful transformation of Rocla's manufacturing branch in Cape Town from almost being shut down to becoming one of ISG's top performing factories.

He gives us an overview of his journey into leadership, from being a temp worker to getting a permanent position with the company and slowly working his way up the career ladder. He became the branch manager for different Rocla branches before finally settling into his current role at Rocla Cape Town. 

He explains that the current success being enjoyed by his branch is a result of years of consciously grooming a culture of teamwork, prioritizing efficiency, and engineering a change management system that ensured that change was not drastic but gradual, thorough, and well-structured.
