Wishing you Happy Holidays, from the AgriWebb team! ❄️

We’re in the final stretch of 2024 and wanted to make sure we touched base with you before stepping away for AgriWebb’s holiday shutdown (Dec. 23-Jan. 6). This final 'AgriWebb in Action' newsletter for 2024 is going to be short and sweet, but jam packed with exciting updates.

Introducing two new team members

This month, we welcomed two new team members who will support the expansion of our sustainability work in 2025 and beyond:

  • Mattea Fleischner joins as Director of Sustainable Enterprise, working closely with John, Nic and Campbell on the business development side of our business. Mattea comes to us from Starbuck’s sustainability team, Pachama and deep engagement on global agriculture supply chain sustainability.
  • Melissa Aday joins as our Enterprise Account Manager where she’ll work alongside our corporate partners to ensure success at every phase of our sustainability programs. Melissa grew up on a cow-calf operation in New Mexico and has had a successful career taking care of and expanding large software-based programs in the field.

We’re thrilled to have these ultra-talented women joining our team! Please feel free to connect with them on LinkedIn and introduce yourself.

AgriWebb’s product evolutions this year

We haven’t just seen progress on the business side at AgriWebb; our product has seen a significant number of new features released throughout the year, highlighted by:

  • New grazing features: With the launch of our new movement planner, grazing chart and feed budgeting tools, farmers and ranchers are now more equipped to plan, manage in real-time and analyze their grazing management strategies year-over-year, ensuring better use of their grazing lands.
  • Improved record keeping features: On top of enhancing livestock reporting in AgriWebb, we also have made it even easier for livestock data to be collected in-pasture and chute-side with multi-template reporting for animals in different age classes and easier feed and treatment recording.
  • New team management features: Our most requested feature, adding photos to tasks, was released earlier this year, along with a calendar and new user roles. All of these features have made it easier for owners and operators to manage their teams more securely and efficiently. 💪

Reflecting on 2024

As we reflect on 2024, our team can’t help but feel joyful, energized, and, most importantly,  thankful for everything this year has brought. It’s difficult to summarize all that has happened, but one thing stands out above all: you—our partners—and everything we accomplished together.

  • We teamed up on epic initiatives. This year, we launched exciting new projects and programs that will mutually benefit the legacy of livestock graziers and the sustainability goals of corporations. These opportunities continue to open doors to new relationships with like-minded individuals and organizations in our industry—those who share our vision for a more resilient supply chain.

  • We gathered as collaborators. From major industry events like NCBA’s Cattle Industry Convention and Australia’s Beef Week, to sustainability-focused conferences such as EvokeAG, NYC Climate Week, and the Sustainable Ag Summit, we cherished the chance to step away from Zoom meetings and connect face-to-face. These moments allowed us to tackle big challenges together, while finding complex solutions.

  • We learned from the farming and ranching communities, together. Many of our team’s highlights came from engaging with farmers and ranchers. Whether it was through roundtable discussions or visits to our customers’ ranches, these conversations were impactful, helping shape our approach to the complex issues we face as an industry.

We hope you know how thankful we are for what we’ve tackled with you this year.

With that, we wish you, your teams, and your loved ones a happy holiday season. We’re so thankful for your dedication and collaboration in driving a more sustainable future forward.

Happy Holidays and Best Wishes,

The AgriWebb Team

God bless
