What does International Day of Women and Girls mean to you?
International Women's Day is a moment to commemorate and appreciate our shared history of efforts and achievements together. It also serves as an opportunity for collective reflection and dialogue on how we can persist in our efforts to contribute towards global betterment.
Who or what inspired you to be in Science/ STEM?
The dedication and enthusiasm of my teachers, clients, and colleagues in scientific research and their unwavering commitment to exploring improved medical drug solutions for human health have fueled my desire to contribute more effectively to supporting researchers.
What barriers did you face as a woman in science/STEM?
We need to work harder and be better to avoid being challenged in project negotiations and to obtain fair evaluation and research resources.

What impact are you making in your current role, healthcare, education, etc?
We have successfully driven consistent performance growth in emerging markets and fields through collaboration and support from departments such as sales and marketing. Starting from the ground up, we have collectively molded Revvity's brand image as a Chinese life science market leader, fostering open cooperation. The current business environment, rife with unknown challenges, highlights this model's significant competitive advantages and potential.
