My last job set in motion this multidimensional process of progressive ruptures in both the professional and relational spheres, and led to a loss of confidence in the future and in our French society.

Practising my job it necessarily implies to me, taking place, values and function in an organizal structure.. Like everyone else, I accept the principle of becoming a gear in a company, a part of a chain to produce to be useful to society. But from this very principle flow, those Marxist concepts of exploitation and alienation, are by no means obsolete in our society.

According to information published in Les Echos, the French Ministry of the Economy has authorized the takeover of 131 "sensitive" companies in 2022, out of a total of 325 applications submitted by foreign investors, the majority from non-European countries, led by the United States".

The United States, one of the world's leading powers, has become, through its practices of electronic espionage, instrumentalization of international law for its own benefit, and blocking foreign investment on its own territory, is the country most responsible for the perversion of international commercial mores.

And bam ! my last company has just merged with an American group.

First of all, it all started as I arrived in the company with a highly unstable integration process composed of structural contradictions. In just few months, I noticed a real emphasis on new technologies, management by processes and indicators. The Taylorization of my work position has been put in place.

The consequences of this ideology and domination began to show with a newly-appointed Manager, I worked more and more through stress, "mal-being" at work, and gradually felt the pressure and workload increased.

The strategy of reducing my creative capacity and weakening my potential through management methods obviously leaves me vulnerable to the constant structural contradictions and dysfunctions. I even lose all power on the meaning of my work for which I've been recruited and, above all, my capacity for psychic regulation.

But as I understood it, making employees vulnerable and making their working environment precarious obviously blocks the emergence of any typical French claims linked to suffering at work, and increased the chance of union workers withdrawal. Exit social dialogue! So the manager's strategy was to talk more about results than work, and tended to internalize domination within the group.

For me, work is a vector for human satisfaction: fulfillment as a creative individual, responding to my material needs with a social recognition, etc. So, It didn't take long for me to reject the ideals of these "powerful" Executives, as a final psychological anchor for fear of an imminent collapse of my identity. I was finally laid off with exclusion from the company and no more contact with my colleagues, then dismissed for serious misconduct.

Yes, the company systematically deconstructs identities, and it's even better known for American groups which"use and abuse a whole arsenal of methods to ensure their hegemony every day".

Subjective precarization and progressive social disaffiliation will continue, and at all ages, given the disdain that it inspires to the political class.

Precariousness,,tending to become so massive in France, is just the expression of a real despair in our society. Needless to say, we no longer recognize ourselves at all in the "political game" (neither French nor European), that we consider unable to improve our fate.

To Powerful people, I just want to underline that It's precisely these precarious people who are keenly aware of the determinants of their condition, of all the constraints that prevent their claims from emerging. It's precisely on the side of political representations that the fundamental problem must be located. It's hard to admit but the current trend is to naturalize this precariousness.
