Working overtime
In our work environment, we understand that sometimes overtime may be necessary to meet project demands or client needs. To ensure clarity and support for all our contractors, we've outlined our policy regarding overtime work.
Flexible overtime options
If overtime is required and you're able to accommodate it within your schedule, you have the flexibility to work additional hours beyond your regular shift. However, it's important to schedule overtime privately and discuss it with your manager or team lead in advance.
Approval process
Your contract specifies the maximum number of hours you can work per week. If your manager, project lead, or team requires you to exceed this maximum, it's crucial to obtain approval in advance. We can only process hours that have been approved by the client, maintaining transparency and compliance with contractual agreements.
Compensation
We value the dedication of our contractors, and therefore, overtime hours are compensated at a rate of 100%. However, please note that overtime earnings may be subject to higher tax deductions, resulting in a slightly lower take-home pay compared to your regular rate.
Timely payment
When you work overtime, rest assured that we prioritize prompt payment for your additional efforts. Our payroll system ensures that overtime hours are processed and paid out in a timely manner. Typically, overtime payments are included in the second pay run of the month, which usually occurs in the first week of the following month. This ensures you receive compensation for your extra work without delay.
