XRP Pump!

XRP has surged this week as many investors speculate that while some assets are garnering the classification “commodity” from the CFTC, there’s potential for XRP to be called a commodity as well.

Currently Ripple Labs, the creator of the XRP token, is in a legal battle with the SEC over whether the company sold securities illegally. With Gary Gensler taking the stand congress and the CFTC talking about digital assets, many are hopeful that the lawsuit will finally swing in Ripple’s favor. Stay tuned on this one, BitSquad.
