"Are you an emotionally UNavailable man? Read this and fix it."
Are you an emotionally unavailable man? Are emotions making your life difficult? Do relationships scare the living daylights out of you? Have you noticed that emotions are sometimes just too much to handle, and it feels like there is no way out of this quagmire? It's time for a change. A lot of men feel this way, but they don't know how to fix it. In this blog post, we will discuss ways in which you can become more emotionally available so that emotions won't have such an overwhelming effect on your life anymore!
It's time for emotions to stop ruling your life and start living it the way you want. Here are
simple steps that will help you become more emotionally available:
Most men keep their emotions locked up for fear of what will happen if they ever have a blowup. It's a vicious cycle that can wreck havoc on any type of relationship. Relationships with our significant others, children, colleagues and every other area of our lives. The worst part is the emotions are not our responsibility, they're just emotions and it doesn't matter how we feel about them or what we think of them--they don't ask for permission to show up!
As much as men would like to be in control of everything emotions most certainly go beyond our grasp so let's stop trying to lock down these wild animals called feelings by doing things which make us even more emotionally unavailable than before such as unhealthy sexual habits, drinking alcohol or using drugs because those simply tighten down the lid until there has been enough pressure inside that bottle and then finally- boom- out come all those emotions pent up from within.

Takes the following steps to manage you and your emotions well:
It's so easy for our emotions to get the better of us and have a negative impact on how we interact with others. The first step is recognizing what triggers your feelings, then finding ways to avoid these in your life where possible. If you find it difficult to express yourself, try communicating more openly with those who understand emotional issues or can offer advice on how things might be different next time-it may take some trial and error before you know which method works best for you. You'll also need a strong support system that understands not only that this isn't something you're doing deliberately, but also knows about potential strategies for managing stress when they arise. Often times men feel anger due from chronic exposure to stressful events or relationships.
