Are you a Scale-Up CEO?

I'm asking because the identity you give yourself shapes how you act, the goals you achieve and the way you decide to grow your business. Let me explain...

Last week we launched our new F12 #Mastermind with 30 amazing clients all looking to accelerate their 7 Figure Journeys in the next 12 months.

Day 1 - was all about helping them shift their Identity and see themselves as Scale-Up CEOs of their businesses, not operators or managers.

This is key as we can never consistently out from the way we see ourselves. So if you see yourself stuck working "in" the business that's where you'll stay.

Shifting your identity requires constant work on yourself. Of course, we do this through Coaching, Mastermind and Events but you can do it through reading, watching podcasts and networking with our CEOs looking to scale up.

I think titles like "Managing Director" don't help, as they condition you it's your job to "Manage" the business rather than focus on growth and team building which leads to Scale.

When you see yourself as a Scale Up CEO your subconscious helps you focus on growth rather than operations or putting out the day-to-day fires.

After a rather wonderful 3-course networking dinner in the evening, where there was plenty of idea swapping as well as some great relationships being built, we headed to bed....well most of us did!

Day 2 - was where we got practical and tactical and jumped into members' Growth Seats discussing key Leadership, Team and Marketing challenges.

Then we recognised the amazing growth by one of our Mastermind members UKLC who DOUBLED their business in 2023 as well as completed their first 7 Figure Aquisition.

A true TEAM effort and Tregarren was very happy to pick up both awards although as they are fairly heavy I needed to hold one for the photo.

We finished the day with everyone sharing their Organisation charts for review - which was so powerful and shifted everybody's mindset into asking questions about who they needed to recruit next as they scaled up.

(A good question to be asking yourself right now as well)

These mastermind days leave everyone feeling fired up and focused on their top 2 growth goals to drive their companies forward.
