Are you scuba diving or surfing the net these days?
A conversation with Gabriel Pitt inside The No Hustle Club
Feeling like you’ve missed out after noticing you were scrolling for the last 10 minutes “mindlessly”, and just realised now you’ve got to rush to that next task…
Ok, let’s be honest, we all have been there!
If scrolling would be a sport, we’d all be champions.
Now, have you stopped to consider how we can master our digital habits in order to get the most out of both worlds, the real and that digital one that is?
Well, Gabriel Pitt has and I've had the pleasure to interview him inside The No Hustle Club to speak about his book: Be Present.
We’re discussing the importance of being present in your digital workspace!
Because the truth is, there’s nothing wrong with technology; on the contrary, its benefits have improved our lives in multiple ways, but it’s about being present while living life being supported by technology rather than being sucked by it.
From being Tired of always "being on" in his previous career to an awakening moment at a concert, Gabriel felt something was wrong and started researching the topic. Soon into his research, he felt people needed to be empowered by the way they use technology! From young teens to elders.
And since, he helps people learn how to take advantage of both worlds “the digital and the real one" in balance with their lifestyle.
Technology has many opportunities to offer, and it wouldn’t be wise to ignore the advantages it brings us. However, the point is to become aware and be present, whether you’re in front of the screen or in front of a human.

The way we have built habits around usage of technology, sadly, research shows, we’re missing out when combining the use of both simultaneously!
So, how can we revert that?
And, in our conversation, we touched upon:
And, if you stick around until the end (only a 30 minutes investment of your time), you’ll get his best 3 tips on how to apply it all right away!
Enjoy the talk! My hope is that is serves you:
