HAPPY FRIDAY!
To be honest, I'm still buzzin over last week's Flexible Space Association Award Gala. I mean, who doesn't like a black tie? But more than dressing fancy, seeing so many all-stars of flex is always an energy booster for me - no matter what the wardrobe attire calls for.
This week I was pleased to join the the Think Tank stage at Anticipate London to discuss the utilization of vacant commercial properties.
There are lots of opportunities out there for repositioning and improving local communities, especially if we think of buildings as part of an ecosystem. Check out my recap here.

✈️ Leaving On A Jet Plane
Next week I'm off to NYC for the rest of the year.
If you're going to the Global Workspace Association 's Immersive Event next week on Thursday (or the pre-event drinks Wednesday) I hope to see you there!
After that a couple meetings the following week, then off to enjoy the festive season.
Not to worry, there's still a couple more editions of Brave Ideas to follow.
But Lucy and I are looking ahead to 2025, and would love your feedback on what you want to see more of (or less of) as we aim to "level-up" this cheeky media arm.
Drop me a DM with your brave ideas on how we can improve.

An Office Loses Appeal Quickly If Staff Need To…
says Khushboo Sagar
