If you're shutting up, your body will speak for you.
When we don't express our anger, the energy behind the emotion of anger gets stored in the body.
Time passes by and then some of these things might happen:
- A colleague criticizes your input
-Your manager judges your performance
-You're stuck in traffic for 3 hours
-Your kid falls and needs stitches
These are normal external events we see on a daily basis.
We all have control over our attitude towards the external world unless suppressed emotions take over then obviously you will most likely scream, get angry, or blame the people around you.
When we scream, this is the shadow manifesting.
The shadow is:
-The emotions suppressed in our unconscious
One example of how the shadow is formed:
As we grow up, we start suppressing or never expressing ourselves because we were told setting boundaries is bad and you need to be nice to everyone regardless of what they did to you.
Life goes on and time after time you find yourself shutting up to people stepping over you. People start taking advantage of you.
Deep down you know you don't like this. You want to express and set boundaries but due the programmed limiting beliefs about what is bad, you stay quiet.

Guess what?
What the mind suppresses, the body expresses.
What is the solution?
Question your beliefs.
Ask yourself: "Who told me setting boundaries was bad? Who told them it was bad? Is it serving me?"
You know who might have taught your loved ones about the "bad" beliefs? The older generations that used to live in small tribes then villages.
Their positive intention was to not be kicked out of the clan, tribe or be looked down on by the people around them.
Well the world has changed. We are now seeing how not expressing yourself in order to be "nice" is actually worse than expressing your feelings and setting boundaries.
So next time you find yourself screaming, banging or breaking something. Please know that this is your shadow manifesting.
This happens when deep down you've always wanted to do something but you're not allowing yourself due to:
So how long will you stay living others' life?
The physical pain and the illness are not random.
It is time for a change. You deserve it.
Whatever you do, people will judge you or criticize your choices. But don't let it keep you stuck.
So go ahead and follow your heart instead of doing what people tell you is right for you.
