A Weekend of Innovation, Collaboration, and Community at the Joint Commission on Sports Medicine and Science Annual Meeting! Our Destination Cleveland Sales & Services team alongside our Destination Experiences team wrapped up an experience-filled weekend with JCSMS on Saturday, and what an unforgettable few days it was! Kicking things off at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, we set the tone with high energy before heading out for an immersive tour of Cleveland to showcase #TheLand as a hub for groundbreaking technology and impactful community initiatives. Our evening featured a city tour with stops at the Case Western Reserve University Health Education Campus and the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute, where attendees explored cutting-edge innovations—including the Zubizarreta Immersive Learning Suite, Medevac Simulator, HoloAnatomy®, Case Western Reserve University Software Lens, and even a Quantum Computer. The evening culminated in a Plated Landscape dinner, catered by Spice Catering Co. and hosted at Urban Squash Cleveland, bridging the gap between sports nutrition, pro sports, and local youth programs. Urban Squash Cleveland was also the selected charity of the conference, receiving a well-deserved donation. This weekend was more than just an event—it was a showcase of Cleveland’s leadership in sports medicine and a catalyst for new collaborations. From thought leaders in the field to local organizations dedicated to advancing sports medicine and athlete well-being, we are excited for the opportunities ahead.
