We were excited to gift one of our graduates a brand-new tool bag graciously donated by Chadwell Supply at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Trade Show. This particular individual has come a long way since entering the program, moving from housekeeping to a promotion in maintenance within the first six months on the job! We are so happy for all she has achieved and cannot wait to see how she grows within the industry. #nashville #nashvillenonprofit #entrywaytalent #multifamily #successstory
