What an incredible session yesterday about AI, People and Technology! 🤩 Our fantastic guests Jessie Schofer and Matthias Schmeisser guided us through the jungle of People and Technology intersections and helped us to understand how we can supercharge our People & Talent teams through tech! Plus make sure you always couple AI with the right about of human touch 🫶🏻 👉 ⁠No one (also not your workplace) is coming to save you - meaning your self growth is your own… start looking into AI and its use cases on a personal level with ChatGPT, Claude, perplexity - never start from a blank page again! Anthropic even have a prompting tool :) (you can link it - just google it) 👉 ⁠Understand how AI can already be used in HR and discover the tools out there (via Stakkd ;) ) it’s easier to find ways to incorporate AI and build out a roadmap if you know what’s out there - stay informed ➡️ Matthias ⬅️ 👉 Read and study this book 📕: "Emotional Intelligence: why it can matter more than IQ" by Daniel Goleman. 👉 Spend at least 30 mins a day to learn and interact with AI. Bonus points for building your own AI product. 👉 ⁠Start measuring success of implementing AI on your practices. What is the measure of success of my practices right now? Dear community, We hope your summer vacation is full on and you are still far away from all the "LinkedIn-buzz" ⛱🍹🌞 ...but if not, and you are peeking in here every now and then ⏩ we would really love to hear your preferences around the open-air location for our next "autumn-season-start" Get-Together at the end of August! ⬇ We are already back in our full working-mode and are preparing some really cool stuff for you in HY2 - stay tuned! 🤩🙌 PS.
