PROJECT SPOTLIGHT! 🚧 The Genesee Transportation Council and the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Genesee-Finger Lakes region completed an initial Regional Goods Movement Strategy in 2012. The 2012 Strategy provided a comprehensive analysis of freight transportation and developed recommendations to improve goods movement in the region. Now, over ten years later, GTC is updating to reassess freight priorities and needs across the nine-county region encompassing Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties.
