One of our core values is to "look for a better way." Employees such as Iola Lee on our regulatory compliance team in Pennsylvania show there are always opportunities for innovative thinking.
Iola digitized an annual customer survey conducted by our field technicians by developing an interactive, electronic form where results are available in real-time. The new approach streamlined the survey process, which helps our team identify opportunities to more quickly refer customers for energy assistance and restore service sooner during winter months. She was recognized with a 2024 NiSource Mission Medallion Award for her work's impact.
NiSource will be attending the Society of Women Engineers conference in Chicago, IL on Oct. 24-26. Be sure to visit us at booth 584 to learn more about NiSource and our career opportunities. We want your energy!
