PBA volunteers recently completed a project with the Indianapolis Arts Center (@IndplsArtCenter), by helping the organization address challenges within their databases and data collection process to help them better understand their participants. https://bit.ly/3YC2lWT

Pro Bono Analytics volunteers have completed two projects with Next One Up — a long-term mentoring program that empowers underserved young men to become the next generation of leaders in the INFORMS hometown of Baltimore. PBA helped Next One Up evaluate its data collection and later advised on and helped the organization transition to a new customer relations management system. INFORMS PBA volunteers recently completed a second project with Housed Working and Healthy (HWH)! HWH is a nonprofit that seeks to help people become self-sufficient via an eco-system that co-locates housing, mental health services, workforce training and employment. Their first PBA volunteer team in 2020 identified community indicators that could be employed to assess the societal need for the HWH process and the financial benefit on the City of Denver. After three years of data collection, their second PBA volunteer team began answering questions regarding self-sufficiency, including suggestions for modifying and expanding the data collection process and identification of factors related to student success.
