Hola! Last week I finally had the opportunity to explore the #horticultural sector in beautiful Mexico 🇲🇽 with my colleague Marina Salinas. All though the greenhouse market had its challenges the last years most growers are positive about the future. The ToBRF virus is more under control and the US dollar has become stronger (all vegetable sales to the US market are paid in US dollars) which results in more Mexican Pesos after exchange. Lumiforte has been present in Mexico for almost 20 years together with our ReduSystems distributor Asesores En Invernaderos. We are also happy that from this year on our Sudlac coatings are distributed by EXCALIBUR PLASTICS MEX S.A de C.V. The high tech greenhouses, which most of the part are made with plastic covers, are very professional and show excellent crops. I am looking forward to support the companies with our solutions. Visible effect of a #Lumiforte coating in practice Early this morning I was present at a machine application of one of our ReduSystems coatings, ReduSol. The aim is to get this radish to the right fruit size by slightly lowering the light and temperature on the leaf and in the greenhouse.
