✨ THOTH2 at Fueling Tomorrow! 🔷On October 9-11, the THOTH2 project was presented at the #FuelingTomorrow event held by BolognaFiere Water&Energy. 🔬 Alessandro Guzzini, researcher from University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna), participated in the event giving an overview of the project among several other presentations of success case stories of hydrogen-centred R&I projects developed at UNIBO. #FuelingTomorrow is dedicated to the transformation of fuels and the use of new energy vectors in the transport sector and hard-to-abate industries. 🛫 We are proud to share that on August 26-29 the THOTH2 project travelled to Hamburg, Germany for the IMEKO 2024 XXIV World Congress! 🌐 In this major international #metrology event measurement experts present the latest developments in education and training in measurement, instrumentation, and quantum measurement and information. 📏 Daniel Wysokiński from GAZ-SYSTEM introduced the project’s outlook on the development of testing protocols for the #measurement of pure and blended #hydrogen in natural gas grids. In late June the THOTH2 project consortium gathered in Holowczyce, Poland for its 3rd 2-day in-person meeting on the GAZ-SYSTEM premises. 📝 Day 1 included presentations from Work Package leaders on the advancement of the WP activities and discussions on the available results and next steps. 🚧 On day 2 the project partners visited the Gaz-System laboratory followed by a pre-tour training the day before. 🔗 It was a constructive meeting which strengthened the links between the project partners and updated the project plan. 2nd THOTH2 Stakeholder Advisory Board! On Tuesday, April 16, 55 experts from the gas industry joined the second THOTH2 Stakeholder Advisory Board. The meeting was an opportunity to closely follow the progress of the project, thanks to the presentations given by the partners involved in different tasks. The meeting started with the presentation of three technical Deliverables of Work Package 1 and continued with the activities of Work Package 2 regarding the methodologies and test protocols, concluding with a Questions & Answers session. On March 6-8 the THOTH2 project participated in the European Hydrogen Energy Conference (EHEC) 2024 held in Bilbao, Spain.  ALMA MATER STUDIORUM UNIVERSITÀ DI BOLOGNA, the leader of WP1, presented the project in Europe's reference conference in the field of hydrogen energy. THOTH2 project aims to develop new methodologies and protocols for testing the metrological performances and degradation of the existing measuring devices installed in NG transmission and distribution systems when operating with H2NG mixtures up to 100%.
