Our selection offers a wide array of system solutions designed to cater to various industrial requirements, such as food packaging, food processing, and both degassing and drying applications.
We feature systems that incorporate the RVS Monoblock series as well as the RVS lantern series pumps, capable of achieving a vacuum level as low as 33 mbar(a), pressures as high as 2,000 mbar(g), and a maximum flow rate of 4,200 m^3/h.
For reliable functioning, liquid ring pumps necessitate a steady flow of service liquid, which is expelled from the device in conjunction with the transported gas at the output section. We've engineered standardized loop systems to decrease or negate the necessity for a perpetual supply of new liquid.
Advantages include:
In L-SVG vacuum pumps and compressors, a closed circuit system is designed to effectively transfer the heat generated from compression to a heat exchanger. This ensures that the service liquid and the cooling water are kept distinct, safeguarding the cooling water from any contaminants or condensates. The service liquid is circulated within a self-contained loop (encompassing the compressor, separator, and heat exchanger), while the cooling water gets warmed up, remaining free from pollutants. Both the compressed gas and the service liquid are channeled into the separator via the pump’s compression chamber, where the heat from the compression process and any condensation is passed on to the cooling water through the heat exchangers.
