Operations team in 2006.

Jakub Babij
• Former HR business partner at the Eaton
Corporation and Intel.
• Six Sigma green belt and avid fan of

Marcin Smolinski • Led HR teams at Microsoft and Hewlett- Packard before joining the Google People Operations team in 2006. • Graduate of the Google Basecamp program and awardee of several awards, including the Innovation Award. Jakub Babij • Former HR business partner at the Eaton Corporation and Intel. • Six Sigma green belt and avid fan of statistics in managing human resources. FOUNDERS
