In order to enhance your visit, we want to provide some hints and tips on how best to navigate through the different ‘Strange’ websites and find the items that interest you the most.

1. HOW DO I FIND THE PICTURES?

On the navigation bar featured on the top of each website, you will see:

Just place your cursor over the Pictures space and click.

A new Page will open listing all the different Picture Categories featured in the website.

Select your favorite and click.

The Individual Picture descriptions will appear. ‘New’ indicates a recent addition that was posted within the past 2 weeks. Click on the ones you find of interest.

2. HOW DO I FIND JOKES AND ARTICLES?

Just follow the same instructions detailed above for Pictures!

3. SUBMIT A PICTURE OR JOKE

Many of the Best Pictures and Jokes that we feature come in directly from people like you.

We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to attach or enter you favorite items. However, sometimes they do not make it through. Please be sure that you attach the proper file with the Picture you are submitting and also that you provide the necessary information to explain the event or circumstances depicted. We will note that you are the submitter of the item unless you specifically instruct us not to.

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Please make sure that you have the proper permission to submit the items that you forwarded. DO NOT forward anything that has someone’s copyright noted or was created by someone else. We will not present anything on any of the websites that is the property of, or the original creation of another individual or organization without their consent.

Tips:

If you have submitted something, and it is not posted in a reasonable length of time, it may be for several reasons. We may have a large backlog and are loading them as soon as we can. However, the most common reason is that the item is already posted. We will not post rude, lewd or nasty pictures or jokes. Additionally, pictures that are not unique or of poor quality will likewise not make it in.

4. SIGN UP FOR THE E-LETTER? WHAT IS IT?

Twice each week (on Mondays and Thursdays) we send out an e-letter which features some of the best and most interesting New Pictures and Jokes that come into the Strange Family. Ten New Pictures and Four New Jokes or Featured Articles are presented in each e-letter, with direct hot links to the appropriate Strange website. It’s Quick ‘ It’s Fun ‘ Sign Up Today!

If you try it and decide not to continue, just click on the Unsubscribe Link located on the bottom of each Issue.

If you have trouble unsubscribing, keep in mind a couple tips listed below.

You must unsubscribe the EXACT e-mail address that was initially signed up. Occasionally, an e-mail address may ‘change’ with company mergers and acquisitions and other events that could affect your ability to be taken off the list. Sometimes you may not even be aware of the change and your e-mail system automatically changes and routes your mail. For Example, old Comcast.com e-mail addresses were originally @attbi.com. The e-mail system will only accept a change to the Exact e-mail address initially listed.

If you are still having trouble, just click Contact Us and send us a note. We do not want you on our weekly list any more than you want to keep receiving the e-letter. It doesn’t make any sense for either of us.

Please keep in mind that once you unsubscribe, your address is permanently tagged to never be active again. In order for you to return to active status, you will need to contact us directly, so that we can manually take off the flag that de-activated your e-mail address.

5. CONTACT US

We welcome your comments and the information that you send in. Our purpose is to entertain and amuse you with a wide assortment of Crazy and Strange stuff. Naturally, with this type of website, some of the pictures or jokes may offend or anger a few ‘sensitive’ types. Deal with it. This is an entertainment site and it’s not the end of the world when you see something that irks you, but others find really funny. Your flaming e-mails usually provide us a few great laughs and the best even end up on a list we are keeping which will be prominently featured in the future.

6. ADS AND ADVERTISMENTS ON THE SITE

The ONLY way that we can continue to provide this vast array of pictures and jokes is by presenting advertising. Just like you, we occasionally find some very annoying. We make a concerted effort to avoid the really irritating ads that have excessive flashing and extreme animation; however, they occasionally slip in despite our best efforts. If you see some that are overly annoying, please let us know ‘ we hate them as well. Please, Right Click on the offending ad and then click ‘properties’ which will tell you where they are coming from ‘ the URL. With that information, we can turn them off and eliminate them from the system.

We are considering developing an Ad Free version. This will have a number of unique and special features exclusively designed for these special viewers and will be available for a nominal monthly/quarterly fee to offset the lost ad revenue. Let us know what you think and what you would like to have included as special features.
