A very moving tribute by Stoke City and both set of fans at yesterdays game to the great Gordon Banks. Well done Stoke and the Villa.
The match itself was a draw. Stoke played great for 15 minutes took the lead then injury to Vokes and we reverted back to the recent performances. Though most players put in a good shift Villa dominated the second half and Butland made a save to get us a point.
The defence is looking better and Adam cameo role stood out for a short while. Etebo another running his socks off. We changed formations a couple of times but the same problems at the top end of the pitch haunt us players not knowing how to play it.
Though the day belonged to the memory of the reason i became a Stoke fan/supporter the great Gordon Banks.
