Save $11 - It's been quite a year for fighting games, and if you're a fan of the genre, then Mortal Kombat 1 is well worth your time. We called it the "most mechanically deep and engaging entry in the franchise yet" in our review.  Having only been released in September, there’s not been much time for NetherRealm Studios’ latest to drop in price, but this far surpasses Amazon's best-ever offer if you want to dive headfirst into some brutal battles.

Save $52 - This is a fantastic deal and the best ever price we've seen for the beautiful game by Square Enix. Don't listen to the naysayers; there's plenty to love, here, if you're into magic and mystery.

Save $31 - As stock dries up for Dying Light 2 at Amazon, its price is also rising steadily. If you're a fan of zombie horror games and want to explore the apocalyptic world with friends, then we'd highly recommend this game before it sells out.

Save $35 - This titanic title is at its lowest ever price (half-price at that!) full of thrilling fights and beautiful landscapes; this RPG is a brilliant addition to the much-loved series and is well worth a try. In our review, we called it "a shining example of narrative-focused games at their best." Pick it up for yourself, and you'll find out why.

Octopath Traveler 2 - PS5: was $59.99 now $29.99 at Amazon
Save $20 - Octopath Traveler 2 released earlier this year as a standalone sequel to Square Enix’s HD 2D RPG Octopath Traveler and features a new cast of eight characters, each with their own story to follow. If you’re into RPGs, this is a great title to try, and this price is Amazon’s best-ever deal.

Save $25 - This is almost $10 below the lowest-ever price for Red Dead Redemption on the PS4. If you're a fan of Westerns and love Rockstar's dedication to beautiful narratives, then this is a must-try.

Save $10 - This is the lowest-ever price for the brand new souls-like Lies of P, which came out in September 2023. We loved the game here at TRG and praised its "weighty combat" and "cool weapons and tools." If you love gritty battles that will test your metal, then be sure to try this incredible game out.

Save $23 - Whether you’re new to Fire Emblem or you’re a series veteran, Engage is a brilliant game that introduces a plethora of likable new characters alongside favorites of old. We gave it four out of five stars in our review and praised its "complex combat encounters" and "gorgeous animations."  This is the best deal we've seen yet for this strategy game, so be sure to consider if you're yet to try it out.

Save £10 - Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 was released incredibly recently on October 20, and given how popular it is, it’s pretty amazing to see it get any discount at all so soon. We loved the game here at TRG and gave it four out of five stars in our review. At £10 off, this is the best price we've seen yet. If you’re yet to pick up a physical copy of Insomniac Games’ latest, this is likely the best deal we'll see for some time.

Save £10 - Super Mario Bros. Wonder is also a very recent release, and if you didn’t buy it on launch, then this is a pretty great discount. The new 2D platformer has received rave reviews, including from us. Nintendo Switch games don’t tend to get many big price cuts, so to get £10 off so close to launch is a deal worth considering.

Save £40 - This deal is Amazon’s best-ever price. If you're not sure whether to buy, you can download a free demo from the PlayStation Store to give it a whirl.
