1. Please select the pick-up date carefully as the data package are programmed to start on that date. If you need to change the data start date, please contact the customer service

3. To check if your phone is compatible, go into Settings> Cellular/ Mobile Data/ Sim Card and see if have the option to ‘Add cellular/ mobile data plan/ eSim’

To Add an eSIM to Your Phone

1. Open the email containing the eSIM activation QR code.
2. Navigate to Settings on your mobile phone, then go to Cellular/SIM Card and select "Add a Cellular Plan/eSIM" or go to Network & Internet > Mobile network > Download Cellular Plan/SIM.
3. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code, adding and activating the eSIM.
4. Name your new eSIM as desired, for example, "Xplori" or "Travel."
