*After booking, please find the eSIM in the Trip order voucher

  1. Please do not use your camera or other apps to scan the QR code. It needs to be set on your phone/device.

Here take iPhones as an example. The actual texts might differ depending on the iOS version and the device:

  • Add eSIM to devices that support eSIM.
  • Go to Settings – Cellular Data – Add a Cellular Network Plan
  • Scan the QR code or enter SM-DP +Address and Activation Code manually.
  • If you see the "Welcome to Billion Connect!", just click "OK" to complete the installation. We recommend that you disable eSIM until you reach your destination.
  • The name "Cellular data" can be changed by "Cellular number label". We recommend that you rename it to "BC" for easy identification.
  • Manually enter the PIN code (please check the PIN code in the Trip order voucher. PIN setting path: cellular-eSIM-SIM PIN)

Why choose eSIM for Guam eSIM

One of the biggest advantages of using a Guam eSIM is the ability to activate your plan even before arriving. With no need to hunt for local SIM cards or rely on spotty airport Wi-Fi, you can stay connected from the moment you step off the plane. This makes it incredibly convenient for travelers who need immediate access to navigation or communication apps while on the go.

Flexibility is another major benefit of choosing an eSIM for Guam. Providers like Trip.com and Airalo offer a range of data packages that cater to different travel needs, whether you’re on a short trip or staying for an extended period. From basic, low-data options to unlimited data plans, you have the freedom to pick what suits your itinerary best, ensuring you're always connected without overspending.

The eSIM setup process is also incredibly simple and quick. Once you purchase a plan, a QR code is sent to your email, allowing you to activate your eSIM in minutes by scanning the code. This eliminates the hassle of handling physical SIM cards, which can be easily lost or damaged, and makes your travel experience smoother overall.

Lastly, eSIM providers like Trip.com offer robust customer support, with 24/7 availability to assist with any installation issues or questions. This gives peace of mind, knowing that help is always a quick message away. For travelers venturing into Guam’s remote areas, this can be an invaluable service.
