Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

This was the second time I stayed at the Savoy! It's definitely my home in the hills!!! I simply love the old world charm of the property! Kartik at reception, the servers at the restaurant & the housekeeping staff, everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience. The rooms are well maintained, clean and are spacious. The staff are friendly and are always ready to suggest great places to visit and help during your stay. Botanical Garden (~ 200 metres) and commercial Market(~ 300 meters) are very nearby. Car parking was also available. This place is next to the church though for the first time this place was difficult to locate and the road connecting to this place is a little steep(~50 meters) and also road condition was not that great. Overall it was a nice experience and friendly stay at woodberry residency!!!
