Very hip and vintage eclectic chic decorated hotel. It is centrally located within a 10 minute walk to key sites in the city. Staff is well accommodating, polished, well dressed, pleasant, skilled and knowledgeable. Rooms are highly modern, well decorated, clean and with space well designed for either a one night visit or a longer stay. Breakfast has a wide (enough) variety and located in a large and lush dining hall. Highly recommend.

I know the hotel for many, many years, certainly since 2005 and I have certainly been in the hotel for a dozen times. Last about 2 years ago. But as well as the hotel is today, it does not deserve the name WestIn, because it does not correspond to the high level associated with the name Marriott. As a so-called ”Preferred Guest”, I do not, as usual, require the credit card security when checking, no, the amount of the security was immediately cancelled in full. At the check-out, the entire bill amount was cancelled again in full. Only after a strong complaint the amount of the security was re-credited. So a (bad) service I have not experienced yet in any hotel and have not been at all at Starwoods- Marriott, where I had already more than 200 bookings. The room and especially the bathroom more than awaited. Only the clothing sticks would land in a 3* hotel already in waste. Also with safety, you do not take it very seriously in this house. The lift can be used by anyone. No room card is required. So everybody can visit the floors from the public garage to each floor without regard and has free access to all rooms. I wish a room with view of the old town was not answered either. So everything is clear for me. I will never be in Zagreb again in the West. Security zero and habituated with investment stau.

Not convenient to travel to the city centre but close to the airport and malls (arena and avenue). Overall, good and clean hotel with friendly receptionist.

The room layout is good, and the house equipment is fully intelligent, which is the highlight. But there is a smell after the decoration, so we opened the window for ventilation. The location is good, the service is average, and the front desk is not too enthusiastic.

We didnt think much of this place looking at it from the street, and boy we were wrong. Luckily we chose to trust high Tripadvisor ratings and entered the hotel, what a beauty! Immediately greeted by super friendly receptionist, our luggage and the car were taken care of and they brought us to our room. Large wood terrace, bathroom and super comfy bed. Definitely opt in for breakfast, the restaurant is equally charming.

This hotel restored my faith in service. The whole compliment of staff were courteous and friendly, giving the impression they enjoyed their job and couldn’t do enough for you. This once bank has been creatively re engineered into a spectacular hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious with an incredible view of the city and cathedral. The breakfast was included and absolutely beautiful once again served with a smile . If this hotel is within your budget you will not be disappointed, immaculate hotel , incredible location and first class staff Highly recommended

Just outside the center, quiet and quiet area. New, clean and ordered structure. The rooms are spacious, clean, light and also equipped with boiler. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, large shower. The breakfast is varied and excellent, the choice is great especially salty. Parking in front of the entrance, free. Thanks to Leonard!, excellent supplies for dinner.

I have been staying in this hotel for three times. I always have only words of praise. Very clean and professional. Kudos to my staff, especially Marina and Martina, well done girls, keep up a good work...
