This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. ALL the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, concierge to reception. We stayed in a Red Level room on the 7th floor and it was fabulous with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the inclusion of organic tea and coffee and complimentary water and chocolates. The hotel was charming and it's location perfect for us. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. It was great to see that the bread was made with organic flour. Access to the refreshments in the Red Level lounge was always very welcome after a day walking the length and breadth of Seville. We didn't get a chance to dine at any of the restaurants on this occasion, but have no doubt that they would be of a very high standard. We did encounter some issues during our stay and the hotel did their best to address the issues. We would definitely stay again when next in Seville, which will hopefully be next year.

In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost.
