I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

This place is great for a family stay. My recent stay near the malls exceeded all expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to multiple shopping malls, making shopping a breeze. Getting around was a snap; the apartment's proximity to major roads and I meant I could easily reach any destination. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, this stay provided a fantastic base for us. What made this place stands out : • Spotless Cleanliness: The apartment was clean • Prime Location: Close proximity to malls and easy access to transportation made exploring effortless. • Comfortable Amenities: There’s Wi-Fi, Comfortable seating area and Fully stocked kitchen • The host was readily available and addressed any questions efficiently although it may take some time when you’re in a hurry after a long tiring travelling A truly fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near the malls.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. I appreciated the modern design. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area was cozy, ideal for unwinding after a day out.

The price of slightly better hotels in Johor Bahru is no less than that in Beijing. It is difficult to find a clean and cost-effective hotel, especially on weekends and holidays. This is my first time trying to book a homestay on Ctrip. The location of the hotel is OK, but it is not very convenient for eating and shopping. You need to take a taxi. It is really good for students in the company, but the price is much more expensive than booking on airbb. I will have experience next time

Service: The service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and polite. I appreciated that they lent me the adaptor since I didn't wanna buy - got so many at home already Room: The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch. Bed: The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort. Room Smell: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected. TV Channels: The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available. Location: The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya. Carpark: The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk. 5-star hotel should have usb sockets on the wall
