We came home from this hotel yesterday. The staff were lovely. Particularly Vanessa on reception and the lovely lady who waits on and clears the tables in the restaurant. We stayed half board and were very impressed with the food. The omelettes at breakfast were amazing. There was plenty of choice of food and always a good amount available.As not being all inclusive, we were very impressed that with our evening meal drinks were included free of charge and even Prosecco available at breakfast. There was a high visibility of cleaners working hard around the hotel.The pool side and restaurant area was very clean. Our room was a delux room. Very spacious.If we were self catering there would not have been any utensils or gadget not available. We were impressed that all rooms appeared to have an airer to dry wet clothes on. Our only small gripe was if we reported anything to reception about our room that required sorting it didn’t get attended to without a further request. As to guests who take towels to the poolside early in the morning to reserve a sun bed?? Why?? No need what so ever. We would be more than happy to stay again.
Honest review from myself and the family.. the hotel needs a little bit of tlc that’s the only downfall.. also the towel situation could be run better. Other than that the staff are incredible from the bar to the reception. For us the department that stood out and made our holiday so special is the entertainment team, Luigi and his team went the extra mile to make sure everyone in that hotel had the best time. Hats off to you and how hard you all work! Well done Luigi you should be in the west end.. Broncemar are lucky to have you and your beautiful girls giulia and Morgana.. see you next year dream team DONT BE LAZY BE CRAZY!
