I didn't pay too much attention to the location, because we went there just for pure sleep and left the next day.
The cleanliness is OK, but the fly in the ointment is that the bathroom lights are very dim, which is not very good for the senses.
For the service, I told the hotel my membership number in best wersern when I made the reservation. I thought the staff could notice it, but it didn't. In fact, the experience of staying in a star-rated hotel will not be too bad, the comparison is to pay attention to the details.
Set up, because it was during the covid-19 period, the breakfast was allocated by the staff, there were not many varieties, but it was basically enough. There is no milk. There is no milk. There is no milk.

Hotel was nice-our room was a bit stuffy though and was lacking any soap, shampoo, Kleenex, etc., (just an oversight.. we asked front desk and they gave us some soap bars. Luckily we brought our own shampoo and conditioner with us). Laundry facilities were good. And free breakfast in the morning was great! But the star of the stay was definitely the waterslide in the pool area! Probably one of the biggest/twistiest slides I’ve seen in a hotel!! Great location as well- not far to drive to take ferry to go to Halifax boardwalk (parking available at Dartmouth ferry terminal). And lots of free parking at the hotel- we were able to unhitch our tent trailer so we could explore Halifax/Peggy’s cove area trailer-free!
