I’ll say that this was a very nice hotel! I had a very nice stay and would happily stay here again. Upon arriving front desk agent Dewayne made us feel welcome and made the checkin process easy. He made sure he explained every detail. Anything we request he also made sure it was handled. This was actually a staycation because I live down the street in walking distance. If you’re in town I highly recommend this hotel. It’s within walking distance of everything. Here are a few things that made the stay nice: - Great atmosphere/beautiful hotel -The room is very clean and comfortable, and it was very well appointed with nice comfy bedding and kitchenette. -The charcuterie board and cocktails I had at the lobby lounge were amazing and right on time every evening.

We spent the night here just to be closer to the airport, to catch an early flight. I am quite surprised at a few of the most recent reviews. We found the room very modern and quite comfortable. The young man was extremely polite, helpful, and just a good presence about him. I encourage everyone to read the lower reviews. Who cares if you pay $3 for a delivery? Don't start off boasting about being a huge traveler and then get worked up.abot 3 dang dollars! Hotels always put a hold on your credit card for incidentals. It is the cc company that determines the length, not the hotel, and 100 dollars isn't that extreme. Have you seen what ppl do to some of these rooms??? Now I will agree that the walls did seem a little ”thin”, but again for me it's just mot a big deal, the parking deck confused me for a minute, but I mean like literally a minute, just pay attention when you come in and make note, so you can just do the same thing in reverse! Overall, there is zero doubt I would stay here again!

I live in the area and would offen attend the hotel bar restaurant area for drinks and food with friends, This time i went with my toddler and we sat outside , she made friends with another family and while the adults were chatting the girls were out on the grass and drew on the rocks outside with markers , the manager approached the kids on the situation and when I noticed I called the women manager over to see what was going on , she asked could the kids not draw on the rocks and would we like to have paper brought out for them , I said oh no I’m so sorry and no we won’t need any paper , shortly after with out me asking for it the waitress brings me my tab , again i thought it was weird because i didn’t ask for it , they take it and hold it for a long time finally the manager comes out and says they will be putting a hold on my card for possible damage fees for the rocks , me and the family next to me was so alarmed because this was not mentioned prior to taking my card which I find to very sneaky and rude , immediately i said no it’s washable marker and suggested the manager bring water and soap , to see it’ll wash off the rocks , the manager never apologized she bought a bucket with water and i wiped the marker off which you can see in the video I’m attaching , and she just simply shrugged and said ok well I’ll let my director no .. I have never been so rudely embarrassed and disrespected and mistreated and to not even receive an apology ? Is unacceptable and as you can see in the pictures no marker is to be seen because it easily came right off

The treatment of the staff was very good. The room is good. Location is good and always used. I am thinking of using it again next time.

Let me just say this has been my go-to in Atlanta for a few years now. We stay here about 3x a year. I have never had a bad experience here. The property is impeccably clean. Friendly and helpful staff as always. The Office Bar food is reasonably priced and good. The rooftop pool and bar, again, exceeds all my service expectations. I hope they don't change as I plan to keep coming here. It feels like a home away from home for me.

We stayed here for 1 night, arriving just before the start of a ballgame at Truist Park, just a few blocks away. The hotel entrance is awkward. You have to enter, take an elevator up to the 3rd floor, then go back to the elevator to get to your room. The rooms are spare ”loft style”, but also small and cramped. It was fun to walk down through the Battery on game night with throngs of excited people in the bars and restaurants. But later that night, after a great win by the Braves, the street noise continued for a long time. The next morning it was a completely different scene, with clean empty streets, but almost everything is shut down. We walked blocks to find a place to have breakfast and never got served... I'm glad we checked out of the hotel to go to a downtown hotel for the rest of our stay in Atlanta.

It seems that the furniture renovated in 10 years is a bit retro. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very good. I didn’t drive the hotel that day. I went out to buy something. The hotel downstairs Mercedes-Benz S400 shuttle

Pillows are flat, Ice/vending machines and hotel room phone didnt work so your obligated to go to service desk and get a soda. Restaurant scrambled eggs were very runny. Bed was very hard, tried to get pillows and they didnt help as they were also flat. Housekeeping lady was very happy and helpful. Service desk was helpful but didnt know how to accomidate properly.
