It's a very good hotel. I really like it. The environment and hardware are very good. The location is superior, the scenery is beautiful, the service is considerate, the praise is great. I will stay next time

In general, it's all over well, I just regret a certain vetushed in the bathroom ( suspected stick in and around the bathroom, bleeding furniture,...) for the rest all was well. Les personnes à l'accueil été très professionnel et sympatique

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

It’s all right but could be better. Not much choice for breakfast. I booked executive room.

Hotel located close to the square of the chapter and the metro. 10 minutes walk from Matabiau Station Home very pro, cleanness +++ Breakfast buffet very nice both salt and sugar Pedestrian paths around and small doors

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!
