Awesome hotel, beautiful environment, first-class service, family suite cost-effective, especially suitable for children with family travel, beautiful Feisha Island picturesque, not many people, off-road bus is impressive. Parking can stop at the port, pay the management fee, if you drive four-wheel drive, you can roll on the island, self-driving adventure, great! Still want to come again!

Whilst everything was fairly reasonable, the food was overpriced rubbish. It was more akin to the local greasy Joe's and $35 bucks for 2 small sized peices of Snapper and 2 bucks worth of Salad did not impress at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they prices were outrageous for the standard. Which was overcooked and very disappointing. You might get away with it from unsuspecting overseas visitors, but I'm sorry to say it was crap. I guess when you have zero competition you better cop it or never book there again. If i was an international tourist I would not think anything food related was more than mediocre at best. The room rate was fair priced, however dining was nothing short of highway robbery. I accept the distance to deliver supply's definitely added to the pricing, it fell way short of ones expectations of a resort level quality. $35 bucks for a meal that resembled Bain Marie cheap pub grub did not by any means cut the mustard. It will be one and only time we ever stay there. Feeling ripped off, does not inspire retention or return guests. Cheap 3 star venue that costs the equivalent of much more, renders this tired resort 3 stars at best. Most visitors to any of these types of places have expectations of a higher standard. A particularly good hotel, highly recommended for children. There is a beach swimming pool specially prepared for babies in the hotel, which can be used by both children and kids. The back door is the seaside, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and dessert shops in the surrounding area. I plan to stay here next time I return from the Great Barrier Reef.

Great 2 bedroom unit stay for our family of 2A and 2c. Shared bathroom including toilet in between rooms and ensuiting to the main. Shower head is fixed fairly low on the wall, so not ideal for tall people, water pressure however was great! Extremely comfortable bedding, best sleep in ages! Lounge was well equipped with large tv and comfortable recliners. Kitchen was well equipped and in room laundry was handy. Spare lounge/sofabed room was great for storing luggage. Large pool that had a crisp temperature for a hot day.. Bbqs close to the pool area for use. Undercover dedicated room parking close to room allocation. Secure entry to resort with room key fob. Fairly quiet resort considering it was school holidays, short walk to the boat club precinct. Would stay again.

The room had an extremely strong cheap motel disinfectant smell. I could not sleep. While the (King) bed was absolutely marvelous. Due to the strong smell, we opened the door of the garden site for fresh air. It was 7 degrees outside. There was an extra blanket, for a single bed. You understand that we missed a bit of sleep. And I sent you a photo from the wardrobe, and the surrounding decoration, which was quite a joke. The single extra blanket on a king bed is not effective. The room had only one chair, so I put a garden chair in the room. The shower and the bed were the best things in this apartment, and that's all. The reception area needs urgently new furniture. Warn out unclean chairs. The management of this Ramada Franchise should get their act together! Thank you!

A group of us went to the Carrier's Arm for dinner. Meals were a generous size and delicious. Lots of meat on my husband's ribs and my steak was cooked perfectly medium. Best presented drink fridge in the bar that I've ever seen. Also has a small kids room for the little ones.

Room was spacious and clean, pool area was nice and bbq facilities were good. Only negative was the wifi didn’t work in our room m.
