A perfect hotel a few steps away from Haram . Has perfect staff, special thanks to Mohammed Sayed Husain, from housekeeping for his continuous help during our stay , Mr Mohammed Sayed Husain is the absolute BEST in this hotel and he is a great assets to any hotel chain . Breakfast was good with a good variety of dishes . Thanks to ALL who made our stay memorable.

Booked 7 rooms. via their agents Khalid Tour. Did not get any rooms till 6pm due to the hotel being ”busy”. When we got the room, none of the rooms had any towels in them. We were told they are all in the wash. Two rooms were given to us with long strands of hair on the pillowcases. When we bought that to the attention of Ja**** of Khalid Tour we were told that he will get the housekeeping to go again in the room. I was advised that the room was probably not cleaned well, as we were rushing them to get our room (at 6pm!) Having booked a suite a was given a disabled room and was told that this was the suite. When I spoke to reception about the room they confirmed that the room was actually not a suite and there was non available for that evening. I am told that the hotel and their agent will try and sort things out for us tomorrow. No conversation about reimbursement for the suite that I never got. Sadly, the actions above are criminal. Staff could not be more unprofessional and rude!

I would like to commend Iqbal for his outstanding serviceand a nice Manager Mr Mohamed. Throughout our visit, he was attentive and consistently ensured that everything was okay at our table. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness—he overheard my son mentioning he needed a wet tissue, and without us even asking, he quickly brought one over. It’s the small gestures like this that make a big difference, and Iqbal’s proactive and caring attitude truly enhanced our experience. I was genuinely happy with his service and believe he is a great asset to the team.

Best of the best! Super clean room and extremely comfortable. Feels like home. Superb Location just next to the main gate of Masjidil Nabawi. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Highly recommended

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

The hotel location was very convenient! Just 200 meters away from the Masjid Nabawi. Very clean hotel. The pillow, bedsheet and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection & breakfast was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

excellent service. Well placed to enter the Prophet's Mosque in 5 minutes by foot. Hammad at the restaurant and Noor in the concierge service, two excellent people, very helpful and cooperative, will come back Inshallah, go ahead, I recommend 100%

Firstly I would like to make very clear that there are two Movenpick hotels in Madinah which some reviewers seem to be mixing up! This one is part of the Accor group and the Movenpick Madina that we stayed in. It is BEHIND the Pullman Zamzam Madinah, which faces one side of the Masjid al Nabawi haram. So it is a couple of roads walk away from the haram on the opposite side to the female entrances to the haram. This is nowhere near five star standard. Due to the poor condition of the bathrooms and room decor I would say three is being generous. Despite its attractive entrance and reception this is a rundown hotel in need of refurbishment, in particular the disgusting bathrooms. The bath, sinks and tiles were old, stained and mouldy. This was made worse by the fact that the housekeeping was very poor. The rooms weren’t cleaned and towels not changed unless we requested this. The actual rooms were ok despite the tired looking furnishings and lack of cleaning. The receptionist who checked us in apologised for not giving us adjacent rooms, but we discovered we did have adjacent rooms, and both were triple rooms. The rooms were quite spacious with comfortable generous sized beds but the TVs had very poor reception and the wifi was appalling, regularly dropping out. The fridges in the rooms were tiny and barely cold. In fact they and the lights turned off whenever we took the key cards out! Because of the hotel location the view out of the window was depressing, a view of the main road. A nice touch though was that as well as a Quran there was a nice prayer mat in each room. On our first morning we went down to breakfast to discover that the female staff had already let some guests have breakfast for our rooms. The head of staff quickly resolved this apologising profusely. In fact apart from this confusion on the first day we found the restaurant staff to be very nice people. They always had a smile for us and the waiters always ready to assist. We were very very disappointed with the very limited cooked breakfast items - there was barely any variety and apart from on one day only vegetarian options. The pancakes were disgusting and tasted like long life ones from packets rather than freshly made. Very very disappointing. But the worst was that there was no fresh coffee!! Only sachets of instant coffee. How is this possible in a so called five star restaurant? There was a big unhealthy selection of pastries though. And the strawberry juice when available was nice. We tried to order room service in the evening on one occasion- the staff member (chef?) who answered the call was rude and told us some of the items were either unavailable or incorrectly described on the menu! On the whole staying at this hotel was a major inconvenience due to its location and at best it is a three star hotel. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 6nights. Everything is good in here. Location is very near to Masjid Nabawi which is only a few steps needed. There is so much shop nearby. Room was great with basic amenities. Staff is superb friendly for all sector. Nice accommodation and I recommended…
