Was very disappointed by services and rude pushy communication from hotel staff. Dirty carpet with lot of stains, dusty room, stale pillowcases, bedsheet with stain.. They tried to charge us the room price for spilled fruit drink by kid. Unfortunately did not read reviews beforehand, it seems that's their other way to earn money is to charge guests additionally. Such spills could be easily cleaned by lemon acid which cost less then a dollar. It looks like they have most unprofessional cleaners. Very disappointed. Spoilt our birthday holiday in Kazan. Ought to move to another hotel where stay was purely outstanding for the same price. Sad to be disappointed

We stayed at the hotel for the second time. The location is excellent, only a five-minute walk to Bowman and Kaban Island. Delicious breakfast. The choice is not very large, but corresponds to its three stars. There are milk, meat, porridge, everything is there. Great service. We booked a room category but they wanted to change it to a better number upon arrival. However, all figures are taken up. But the girl at the reception quickly solved the problem. As soon as the room was vacated, we were notified immediately and we settled down peacefully. thanks. I recommend!

The hotel is located in the very center of Kazan. Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, ”Kazana Arbata” - Bauman Street. 10 minutes in one direction and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes in the other and you are on Tukaya Square. There are many cheap places nearby, where you can have breakfast/dinning/dining, for example popular in the city ”Good dining room” or a network that you can meet in St. Petersburg ”Table №1.” In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available on the resepshne (free) and the teapot and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in the coolers on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, about 12 sq m, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a big double bed in my room - the perfect mattress, clean underwear. High pillows, but it is individually. On each side there is a torch and a roast. tumba for things. It was nice to surprise the presence of a floor bra. There is a hanging for clothes and shoulders. Also such important trimmings as a spoon and a shoe brush. No shoes in the room, but they are as much as other things (baths, hairdressers, etc. ) can be purchased extra. The bathroom is small. The set of towels is full - for feet, faces and bodies. The shower ”cabin” itself is a little tight but not critical. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in the number of days of stay. The only thing in the bathroom is lacking a shelf over the shelves, there is no possibility to fold your hygiene - toothpaste, brush, and so on. The mirror in the bathroom has its own separate illumination. Total: ideal price/quality/location ratio. Recommended.

I don't know the meaning of the studio room, but everything is great. The pattern is not very good with my son. It is a pity that there is a pillar in the house. Breakfast is rich, the location is the city center, close to the ”ring” commercial center, direct access to the ”Bowman” commercial street, this street is the Kremlin ... very convenient!

Провели в отеле 5 дней, номер шикарный, бельё чистое, персонал приветливый. Отель находится в хорошем месте нет суеты и шума, стоит немного пройти и все магазинчики и кафешки тут . Завтраки очень вкусные.Отличный отель для отдыха с семьёй.

Отдыхали в гостинице с 21-24 апреля с мужем ,остались довольны ,номер чистый ,уютный ,всегда убирают ,большие окна ,открываешь и как будто балкон,вечерами самое идеальное времяпровождение,на улице играют музыканты,персонал вежливый ,если есть вопросы все расскажут ,подскажут ,внизу есть отличное кафе Султан Сулейман ,вкусная еда ,приятные цены ,можно заказать в номер ,месторасположение идеальное ,в самом центре все в шаговой доступности ,все рестораны ,кафе ,магазины на этой же улице ,идеальное место для отпуска ,мы остались довольны
