This hotel is a joke. We booked 3 rooms for a family wedding , and one of the room was supposed to be for 3 nights and the other 2 were for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we received a call asking us why our luggage were still in the room that we booked the additional night for. We rush back and spent more than hour explaining the situation. We even showed them our room reservation. They told us we checked out of all our rooms and we need to pay about $60 more of our initial rates if we want to stay ab additional night. We asked about not wanting the room and check out since at this point I was too pissed off to even want to stay there but they said since we have our luggage in our room , we need to pay $60 to recover the luggage. We explained to them that we never checked out of the room , and we were at lunch so we couldn't have check out of the room. After careful looking at the hotel bill, I noticed one of the room number was incorrect. So what happened was when we check in, one of the room wasn't ready, so when we came back to pick up the 3rd room, they give us someone else room and they give our room to someone else. The person have a name similar to me, so they didn't check ID and gave our room which was for 3 nights to them and when we came to get our 3rd room we gotten his room which was paid from 2 nights. This is also a security issue, anyone could easily gotten access to our room since they don't thoroughly check id. Even after they realized this, they wanted us to pay $30 more even though it was their mistake. The Manager Ali? told us it's only $30, what does $30 mean to you?? They messed up and still want us to pay additional for their mistakes. I guess he eventually he gave in and give us our room at our rate. This ruin our whole day in Toronto.

Very nice, very quiet, can be extra bed, soundproofing is also very good, hot water is very fast, breakfast is good, lunch is ordered in the restaurant. There is a lively atmosphere next to it, suitable for business travelers. Bus and subway are very convenient, right next to the hotel

We arrived at the hotel earlier than our check-in time and the staff were able to accommodate us. We had two rooms booked for a business trip and one of the rooms was upgraded, which was a nice surprise and very appreciated. Great experience. Enjoyed our stay. Look forward to seeing you again for next years conference.

My son and I stayed here. Our main purpose was because we were right next to Dave and Buster's. Great location. Hotel buffet is down because of covid. Spacious rooms. Comfortable rooms. Would stay again

The Staybridge Suites Toronto Vaughan is a wonderful place to stay in the Vaughan area. It is well located and easily accessible. The suite was just the right size for us and afforded excellent privacy. The friendly staff made our extended stay memorable as did the overall hotel ambiance. Many thanks to Ishmeet at the front-desk for his welcome and all-round efficiency. Blessie, Varneet and Kim ensured that breakfast gave us a great start to the day (thanks for the special samosas!), Sandeep and Crisha for the wonderful Social Evenings to help us wind down. Finally, Bebe and her housekeeping team ensured that our suite was a home away from home. There are some improvements possible. The breakfast menu, though excellent, could do with variety. At any given time two of the (free to use) washing machines were inoperable resulting in backlogs, especially during busy days. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we have no hesitation in recommending the Staybridge Suites at Vaughan.

This was very close to the two banquet halls that we needed to go to. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The pool and hoot tub were nice. The breakfasrt was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk were respectful. I recommend this hotel to people that have events to go to at the banquet halls close by.

This hotel has been recently renovated. The lobby is great. The rooms are large and super comfy. We had the breakfast in the morning.....made to order....not your usual stale muffins and cereal. Staff at the front desk were super helpful. The location is great, close to restaurants (we enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Chop Steakhouse around the corner) and lots of shopping (Vaughan Mills is close by). We enjoyed a short but lovely stay. We will definitely return.

Breakfast is relatively simple, there is a large supermarket near the hotel.

This hotel is beautiful! The beds were so comfy! The staff was incredible since I was booked for two months at another hotel, that hotel cancelled my room and I didn’t know till I had arrived there after a 7 hour drive! I wasn’t impressed! They gave us two rooms that joined up since I was with 4 teenagers . The staff was amazing! Thank you again!!!
