We spent 16 nights over Christmas and New Year at the Fariones and had a great time. The Hotel is beautifully and tastefully renovated with subtle luxury in a classic mid- century design which you would typically find in smaller boutique hotels. Many old features of the traditional Fariones Hotel were kept which all together provides a very comfortable and classy and elegant atmosphere without being stuffy or fussy. The grounds and garden resemble top luxury resorts in Thailand or the Maldives with plenty of palm trees, exotic gardens and many different and private areas for lounging, sun bathing, relaxing and so on. All 3 restaurants have their own style with great food and service. All rooms have sea views with a high level of comfort, design and decoration The sports center 2 minutes walk away although a little older offered everything needed and more... The hygiene concept was professional and taken seriously Hotel Director Jörg and his team made great efforts during Christmas and New Year with a classy programme of dining, entertainment, live music and daily piano sessions which all in all provided a very festive atmosphere. The multinational team of the Fariones displayed a very positive spirit. The hotel opened only a few month before the holiday season and it seemed that everone was exited to be back in business ater 4 yers of renovation. Despite the reopening there was not a single negative service moment in over 2 weeks. Just to name a few staff members who made it a special stay for us: Arnaud, Emilie and Javier from reception. My partner and I just spent a wonderful 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the sunset every evening. The bed was super cozy, and we appreciated the luxurious bathroom amenities. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. We made the most of the resort's amenities, spending many relaxing hours by the pool and pampering ourselves in the spa. The spa treatments were fantastic – we especially enjoyed the couples massage. The variety of pools meant we always found a quiet spot to unwind. Dining was a real highlight, with several restaurants to choose from, offering both local and international dishes. Each meal was delicious, and the service was always attentive. We also loved sipping cocktails at the bar with live music in the evenings. Overall, it was a perfect romantic getaway, and we can't wait to come back. If you're looking for a place to unwind in luxury and enjoy a bit of paradise, Secrets Lanzarote is definitely the place to go!

We have recently returned from yet another refreshing, relaxing & enjoyable week at the San Antonio. Our room was perfect & welcoming. As always the Hotel is spotless & the housekeeping staff so accommodating & efficient. During our stay the Hotel was decorated beautifully for upcoming Christmas festivities… quietly during the nights. The food , as always, was delicious & varied. The Restaurant staff friendly & helpful at all times…an indication of what a good place of work San Antonio is was recognising many familiar personnel there & at Reception. Entertainment in the evening was varied both in content & quality but totally relaxing. It was also pleasant to meet up with Guests whom we had previously encountered. Granted the clientele are , for the most part, elderly like ourselves but the Events Team provide varied Activities daily for everyone. Roll on March for our next visit to San Antonio. Just returned from a fabulous 11 night holiday. We had a room with a side sea view lovely spacious room, walk in shower (rooms with a bath also available), mini fridge, microwave, safe (extra charge). Spacious terrace with 2 chairs, table and 2 sun loungers. Always loungers around the pool. The usual suspects reserving sun beds before 9.00 despite notices. Entertainment was good and lovely lounge area. Prices for drinks very reasonable 3.50 euros for a large beer (excellent beer). We were half board and the food was delicious plenty of choice and vegetarians well catered for. The staff were very friendly. Stand out was Renata on reception who arranged for our daughter who was staying for part of our holiday to have a room near ours. The hotel is closing in the spring for refurbishment and I hope the staff get some clarity soon on what will be happening to them when it closes as it is causing them some anxiety. It was really nice to see the staff really enjoying their jobs and hope they can return when the hotel reopens. The hotel is in fabulous location just near the beach and at the quiet end of the *****. We are planning to return next October.
