Best of the best! Super clean room and extremely comfortable. Feels like home. Superb Location just next to the main gate of Masjidil Nabawi. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Highly recommended

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

Very nice hotel, breakfast was good, the hotel also upgraded the house for us, but we did n’t change the baggage

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

Service by every member of staff was superb. Prime location, extremely east access to Masjid Nabi. Chef Sheriff deserves special recognition for the delightful meals that he cooked, and taking care of our needs. Staying here is an experience you don't want to miss.

I’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay

Omer Almarwani was super friendly , he gave us a very big room with nice view of entrance street , overall staff is very nice , elevators at haram tower are super fast and too many elevators , 7 elevators I think , breakfast was good with Haram view , room is clean but wifi was slow

The nighttime reception service was unfriendly, and the housekeeping standards fell short. During my last night's stay, I noticed the glasses in my room hadn't been replaced; the old ones remained. Despite calling housekeeping twice to request cleaning, the task was done carelessly. Breakfast needs more variety. Adding Western and Asian options would make it more exciting.
