I’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom. Breakfast comes with excellent choices and quality. Needless to say the impeccable service from the hotel staff.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

Osama is a good server, and very accommodating. He bright me two blankets and made my experience very enjoyable. Osama is a good server, and very accommodating. I stayed at st. Regis Amman last year and it was new and the staff were still not very professional, BUT let me tell you about my current stay, ”I LOVE MY STAY AND I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN”, my friend and i arrived last night, we booked a room and got an upgrade, the staff are very professional and friendly and despite the face masks you can tell they are smiling, room service and house keeping are great we love the way they cleaned our room and the services they offered since we arrived.. thank you st. Regis this is exactly how moving to next level looks like.. all the love in the world for making our stay memorable 💖

Disappointing stay The public facilities in the hotel are perfect, but there are many problems in other aspects. Room 1) The bed is too soft, and the whole person is sunk in the bed. 2) The air conditioner is still very cold when the temperature is adjusted to the highest (28 degrees), and the room will be very hot when the air conditioner is turned off. 3) The bath water is not very hot when it reaches the highest point. 4) The bathtub is not cleaned, and you can see a layer of oil floating on the water after putting the water in. Poor service. 1) I called for toiletries, but I didn't deliver it after waiting for 20 minutes. 2) The waiter in the breakfast restaurant ignored the guests. They sat down for five minutes. Several waiters walked by and looked at each other, but no one came to ask if they needed water or order. The choice of breakfast is very limited and not tasty.

Not bad, the hotel is next to Four Seasons and Sheraton. The breakfast was OK and the room was relatively large, but the view from our room was average. When my luggage didn't arrive on the first day, the hotel front desk manager actively helped to solve the problem and was very attentive! Parking is also convenient~

Very clean and cosy - I like the decoration, income service, spa and washroom - people are overall friendly

We booked this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay for our last night in Amman and it was totally worth it. After the security at the front we felt that all the staff we encountered went above and beyond. A quirky thing about the check in was that they asked us to write down our names and one thing we liked - I wrote cheese and my wife wrote comfy pillows and when we got back to our room from our sightseeing in Amman there was a cheese platter and a very comfy pillow for my wife. We spent a lot of time at the pool on the large day beds. We also spent some time in the spa area where you can use the Jacuzzis and steam rooms. They also have some very nice large showers in the spa change rooms. The hotel's gym has some nice new equipment too. The rooms were nicely appointed with very comfy beds, sound proofing, hidden closets, a cool mini fridge drawer, technology connections and a TV that you can cast to amongst several other features. We had a great night's rest here. The food at the hotel is pretty good and there are lots of healthy options. We enjoyed the lentil soup that was served with a literal mountain of bread choices for room service. We also found lots of good options at breakfast including detox waters, all kinds of juices, a good hot selection of buffet items and everything in between. This was an excellent stay and we would recommend it if you're looking to splurge!

An old five-star hotel, but it cannot be compared with domestic ones. The location is okay and convenient for eating and shopping, but the facilities are old and the price/performance ratio is not high.

There is a security check required to enter the hotel, which is very safe, and the front desk service is also attentive. Breakfast is Western style + Arabic local food, which is quite rich. But the room is relatively small, the facilities are a bit backward, and the overall value for money is average.

The hotel is in a good location, modern, clean and very large. The staff is not well trained for a 5-star hotel! Error also when paying in the pool if someone orders something, because in the menu there are different prices and when the bill comes different prices ! There is also a car Valet but there is no way the guest can park his car.

Good hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms. I was surprised that at the entrance to the hotel there is a check, like at the airport - they roll and check the bags. Breakfast with not a very rich choice, BUT everything is delicious) The disadvantage is that the socket is only on one side of the bed.

The highest tower hotel is really good to enjoy the night view, but there is no comfortable Dubai. The hotel can also have a good atmosphere in the bar upstairs. There are fast food and pedestrian streets in the mall.

Didn't say that the landmark building in Amman does not recommend the atrium room (the first time I do n’t know what the atrium room is). There are no windows and the door cannot be opened. Behind the door is a patio. The internet speed is really not good. The food in a restaurant in the hotel is so ordinary that it is not recommended to eat, but the view of that restaurant is very good, the others are all standard 5 star hotels.

The overall hotel is better, it may be the local tourist season, the hotel has fewer guests and is relatively deserted. Breakfast is OK, buffet style is varied. Since we are a business trip for two people, the room is a twin room, the space is not big, the bed is quite small, it looks very crowded, everything else is OK!
