The room is small, the floor is tiled, not wooden. Such an expensive hotel has no wooden floor and is not graded. The windows are low quality and not soundproofed. Noisy roads can be heard at night. The most terrible thing is that they didn't tell the guests that this hotel was a psychiatric hospital before. The inside was really scary. It felt like the ghosts who died in the psychiatric hospital were still there. Do not really recommend it to Chinese tourists.

This is not the first time that I have been in Israel, and this time I decided to stay at the Intercontinental. This is one of the best hotels in which I managed to stay in this country. Spacious hotel , clean rooms , pleasant smell everywhere , excellent temperature inside ,swimming pool and most importantly SERVICE ! Everyone was extremely attentive, polite and helpful. I also had access to two lounges (as they call them) on the 3rd and 24th floors. The service provided by their team is comparable to that of the top hotels in Switzerland and France. I would also like to note the excellent work of the waiters there. Oleg was always happy to see us and could always keep up the conversation, just like Sergey, who worked on the 3rd floor, where we went to have coffee and relax, he is one of the few employees who is fluent in French, and provides top-level service and this huge advantage! I also wanted to notice the breakfast and the location of the hotel. It is located near the old city of Jaffa and near the central market.
