Beautiful property with a phenomenal staff. The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend asking for Luis Carrasquillo at the “Waters Edge” restaurant. He went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we were his only table. He treated us like family. He was a pleasure to see every morning for breakfast. He would remember our drinks and have them ready for us! Amazing service with a smile!

My family visiting places every year, but this is the best vacation we had so far. Main reason is the resort where we stayed (Hyatt Regency). Excellent beach inside the resort, great swimming pool, many water activities made this vacation as very memorable one. Room was super clean and they had great services.
