ALL the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, concierge to reception. We stayed in a Red Level room on the 7th floor and it was fabulous with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the inclusion of organic tea and coffee and complimentary water and chocolates. The hotel was charming and it's location perfect for us. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. It was great to see that the bread was made with organic flour. Access to the refreshments in the Red Level lounge was always very welcome after a day walking the length and breadth of Seville. We didn't get a chance to dine at any of the restaurants on this occasion, but have no doubt that they would be of a very high standard. We did encounter some issues during our stay and the hotel did their best to address the issues. We would definitely stay again when next in Seville, which will hopefully be next year.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The attractions can be reached on foot. The breakfast environment is very beautiful. The food selection is not too rich. It is quite satisfactory. The room is relatively spacious, but the sound insulation is average. It was a bit noisy during the European Cup. Others are good

We stayed in the two bedroom/2 bath unit for 3 nights. Communication with the staff prior to and upon check in was wonderful - friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the layout and amenities of the apartment. It was modern, clean, and minimal, and A/C was strong. The view of the cathedral was stunning, and we enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings once the sun had dipped. The street below was very busy and touristic during the day but we couldn't hear any noise from the apartment. Very centrally located - we could reach everything we wanted to see by foot, and taxi stand for airport was on the corner of the block. Sadly there was one aspect that marred our experience. The first evening we returned to the apartment and noticed a strong smell of sewage. I notified the staff, who were very responsive and said they would send someone while we were out in the afternoon. It was a bit better once we returned, but continued to wax and wane over the course of our stay - intrusive to the point that our clothes had the odor when we opened our suitcases. I hope that something can be done to solve this issue, because the property is 5 stars otherwise.

I cannot fault the service/cleanliness and location of the Casa Palacio. The staff treated us warmly and with excellent English, and we were made to feel very at home. The top floor roof terrace apartment was spacious and immaculate throughout. One double bedroom with lovely pocket-door off the kitchen, excellent sized shower-room and an enormous living area, housing the large sofa bed that the kids slept very well on. The only ask we had was for a shower-floor mat, as i found the floor a bit slippery. A mat was provided that very same day - super fast and amazing hospitality. The views were impressive, the quaint church across the road did not wake us with it's bells (which seemed to stop after 9pm), we had views to the cathedral tower and even see the top of the Setas mushroom attraction too. There are wide steps to take us to each floor, but a perfectly good lift too, large enough for 4 with small luggage at a squeeze :) We didn't really make use of the extra communal terrace which saw morning sun, we were too busy exploring. 5 minute walk to the perfectly decent Carafour supermarket and 10 mins total to the cathedral, 15 mins total to the river. We even walked the 20 mins to the railway station for a trip to Cordoba; there really is no need for a taxi other than the airport, which cost around £38 each way. If we return to Seville, we will surely book back into the Casa Palacio. Thanks to everyone who made our stay delightful. :)

This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. The waiter is warm and always takes the room and introduces all the places. I introduced all the attractions and painted them on the map... The facilities are very good. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Within ten minutes of walking to the church and the palace, there is a Chinese supermarket and a slightly larger supermarket next door. Next door, there is a breakfast shop for two minutes, in short, the geography is very good! On the last day, I also introduced our Granada in the next stop, and called us a taxi to help us carry the luggage to the car. In short, I am the warmest and most attentive waiter. We! Absolutely recommended ~

Positives: 1) Reception very professional. 2) Perfect location for both old town and shopping district. 3) Junior Suite nice size considering size of building. Bed very cosy and gorgeous bathroom with one of the best showers I’ve experienced at a 5 star and plus level. 4) Hotel spotlessly clean. Negatives: 1) The welcome drinks should be provided as in all 5 star and plus establishments upon arrival. At UNUK, you are provided with a key which you are to present during your stay. This is just a cheap scam to force customers who are paying 5 star plus prices to stay in the hotel band then pay more for extra drinks and maybe even food. I just handed the key back upon departure, very poor start and disappointing end. 2) The service at breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. a) Except day 1 on Wednesday 15th, we were left at the breakfast entrance, despite the staff walking around an empty restaurant. On the other 3 occasions, we were rescued by one of the kind gentlemen on reception, who took our number and allowed us in. b) On Friday 17th we were abruptly told twice by the blonde lady to wait as we were ordering, seemed to be a connectivity issue, but we were never told. c) I then received a cup with a crack. Staff in a 5 star plus restaurant and the hotel management should ensure this is an absolute no no. d) On Saturday 18th we had to ask for service for the cooked food order, that’s unforgivable service. Then it got worse, The lady with the dark hair who was working the early shift, despite me showing her the menu had no idea what we were ordering. So instead of clarifying or asking a colleague just walked off and I received my breakfast, but my wife did not. Absolutely not 5 star plus, hence my 2 star rating. We will be returning to Seville, but not to Hotel UNUK.

The room is big enough. Although it has been renovated for 2 years, it is still very new. The facilities are complete and the service is good. The surrounding area is quite lively, and it is quite convenient to eat. Overall, I am satisfied

My mother and I enjoyed the the most superb stay at this stunning and architecturally interesting hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed, supremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mine had a private rooftop patio and my mother’s a lovely view over the courtyard. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, polite and courteous and were immaculate in their uniforms. They were also extremely knowledgeable regarding good places to eat and local places to visit within a short walk. The hotel’s rooftop terrace with views over the city is a lovely place to relax and catch some sun after a day of exploring the city. A lovely choice of breakfast dishes (not just the usual offerings) mostly prepared to order. If I could make two small suggestions for improvement: my mother had a coffee machine in her room (but no facility to make tea), mine had neither. Also at breakfast, a pot of tea or coffee would have been most welcome rather than having to ask each time for another cup - it would also save the staff running backwards and forwards!! Otherwise I could not fault a thing about this excellent hotel.
