I traveled here for the New Year because I could bring my dog to book this homestay. The boss was very enthusiastic and the room was very good. I would like to use this note to talk about my feelings in the past few days Also give you some reference for those who are coming to Beijing: This time I stayed at Mandarin Courtyard (Mandarin Courtyard In the alley of Caochangliutiao🏠The rooms and courtyard are large But because it is a courtyard, it will not be noticeably empty Each room is well utilized Don't worry too much, other room types will also have at least one courtyard What's great is that each courtyard is very solitude-friendly💯 There won't be the phenomenon of several beds in a room with a good location like some hotels . Not only the hardware and location are outstanding here, but the software and service are even more surprising ✅First of all, the hardware level is easy to understand In terms of location, Qianmen Mandarin is not very close to the central axis, but right on the central axis If you want to visit the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Dashilan and other places, you can walk there This is very friendly to tourists ✅Another two restaurants have their own characteristics, Yanting (Kitchen by Chef Fei) is a Teochew restaurant The fried fish maw is very creative Vinci is an Italian restaurant with a great terrace view. Siheyuan is indeed quiet in the bustling city, antique and unique. The breakfast delivered to the Siheyuan was a great experience. The private concierge responded to any questions on WeChat, and the service was in place. The only shortcoming was that I arrived late at night on the first day, and the driver delivered it to the door of the Siheyuan according to the location. I didn't know whether I had to check in at the Waldorf Hotel front desk. I called the switchboard in a hurry, but the reply was not empathetic and could not solve my problem. Until I asked the concierge to pick me up, I stood on the road with my suitcase for a while and fed mosquitoes. After entering the Siheyuan, I opened the bathroom and a bug ran around. It was too late so I didn't ask anyone to deal with it, and I killed it myself. Everything went smoothly afterwards, including all the hardware facilities were complete (sound system, ipad to control the light temperature, bathtub with TV, etc.). The gym was used twice and it was also very good. I chose afternoon tea from the three choices, and the experience was average. It might be that the lobby bar was too small and the environment was not unique. But overall, in Wangfujing, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, it feels great to live in a Siheyuan.

It is very convenient to travel by car with the elderly, children and dogs. It is located halfway up the mountain next to Gubei Water Town. The housekeeper registered the car in advance, so the car can be parked directly downstairs. The room is large and comfortable, and the children are also very happy.

The homestay was built on the old house on the mountainside, and it smells very nostalgic. We were built by a group of 120 colleagues and chose a place that was selected for a long time. The landlord communicated very well, and gave us a detailed introduction to the facilities and usage methods in the house. Our needs helped us think ahead of time. The entertainment facilities in the homestay are mainly mahjong and karaoke. The sound effect of karaoke is very good. The songs in the song table are also very complete. The team 70,80,90 is very satisfied. Everyone sings hi. This time we booked the barbecue ingredients in advance in the yard, roasting while eating and drinking, very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather is still cold, the small pool made by the hotel can not be played, and it will be more fun to wait for the summer.

On our wedding anniversary, I arranged a Beijing Bulgari for my husband, which he had been dreaming about. He was so excited that he couldn't sleep. The hotel not only arranged the anniversary decoration, but also sent many small gifts, including gifts for the baby, night bed gifts and luggage tags. It was really thoughtful. The facilities are complete and advanced, the service response is timely, and the breakfast is also very good and can be delivered to the room. I recommend Chinese food, which is better than Western food. If you are worried that it is not enough, the hotel also sent an extra staple food. You can take pictures after putting on beautiful makeup. The room is very photogenic.

What a marvellous place. The nature combined with sophisticated technology and beautiful personalized architecture makes you feel cozy and relaxed. The place is even more unique because of the people that take care of it. They observe every movement of yours to fulfill your every necessity. The manager (Liza) personally took care to book an activity ticket that we couldn't do because of the language, thank you (name) and every personnel that works there. Every single detail was thoughtful, from the suites, candle ambience, goodnight soup, to welcome drinks, and so on, and that makes a difference to make you feel special in this spiritual oasis.

Service: After staying for four consecutive days, the children were reluctant to leave. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and give people a home-like experience. I especially like the lady in a suit at Ziyuan Chinese Restaurant from October 3rd to 5th, and the lady in a suit who said goodbye when leaving the hotel on the 7th. It was very warm. Service should be the biggest feature, and it is responsive. The scene and cake were specially arranged for the child’s birthday. Every service staff in the restaurant will take the initiative to say happy birthday, which is rare! Hygiene: The cleaning service is meticulous and attentive without disturbing. The door is clean every day, and the night bed service is also very considerate. Environment: In the mall, the lobby is small and beautiful, and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is outside, which is convenient to go anywhere. Facilities: The hardware is from the Hansgrohe Axor series, the audio is from Bose, and the skin care products are from Tiptyque. There is a reason why the room price is expensive. It can be seen that the software and hardware are very attentive. Will stay in the future.
