The friendliest staff so helpful our room was upgraded and everybody in reception, bar and restaurant were super efficient and gave great service Excellent facilities and location The rooms are amazing food in bar and breakfast 5 star. Stay here you will not be disappointed

Very good, clean and tidy service in place, breakfast is delicious, the pool does not have time to go, it should be good, parking charges are a bit bad, more expensive............

Had a great time despite the accident at the airport that made me tour France to arrive here. The staff accommodated my needs, and the room was just what I needed. Great buffet breakfast. The location is between (now under construction) Place de la Comédie (2 min by foot) and the Polygone center (2 min by foot with some steps), the train station or Gare, accessible by 7 min by foot to the right of the hotel. A tram stop is at the end of the street (climbing some steps). Would suggest some bins in corridor, next to the elevator, one more in the room, and the lack of a telephone makes it impossible to reach the reception in case of a guest disturbing you at night, when you are trying to sleep (noise, cigarette smoke).

Very good hotel good location for the south part of Montpellier, easy access to foot, tram or car. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre. After that, it's quite impersonal, live your stay without having to do with the staff.

Communication with this hotel was good before arrival. We asked for a Superior double room on the first floor and this was provided for us. It was a large room with excellent air conditioning, comfortable large bed and pillows. Shower was excellent with hand rail for support. We were provided with two bottles of water on arrival, one bottle of water on the second day and nil bottles of water on the third day. Why? Toiletries that were used were nor replenished. Why? Tea bags that were used were not replenished. Why? The toilet area is separate to the bathroom area. You have to leave one room to go to another to wash your hands. The door to the toilet make a pretty awful creaking sound when opened and closed, disturbing my partners sleep at night. Housekeeping should be reporting these type of issues. The bathroom area has a glass wall. It does not give 100% privacy. When you switch on the light to wash your hands during the night, the whole bedroom lights up. The batteries for the remote control for the TV in our room were dead. Reception could not find any replacement until Daniel stepped in and gave us the ones from the reception remote. We found Daniel to be an excellent worker, tuned in to his customer needs. We were staying for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast offering never changed over the 3 mornings. It was pretty boring and we have had better. One staff member, a lady with bandana, took exception to me taking a tea spoon from a box on the counter, so I could stir my tea. I had used the one originally given to eat a yogurt. I felt like a school child. The same lady when cleaning off the breakfast tables would examine the cutlery to see if they had been used, if not she put them back on the table for the next person. Despite the above, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Reception staff were very pleasant. We liked the old world decor. The hotel is situated a few minutes from the train station.

Hotel location is very good, about 200 meters to the left of the building is polygone (there is Lafayette, monoprix supermarket and some other shops such as city sports, fnac, etc.), about 200m on the right is the square, some shops nearby, such as adidas original, in the city The center, clothing, food and shelter can be solved (but the convenience of France is not as convenient as domestic). The hotel is very clean, the room is not small, unlike the domestic one-off supplies, no slippers, take care not to slip, the TV only French. The front desk is on the -1 floor, and the individual has been walking the entrance and exit of the 0th floor. Maybe the other side - there is a main door on the 1st floor, no attention.
