The location of this hotel is beautiful. The accommodation is what I like the most, I like the design and how comfortable it be. Cleanliness is nothing to complain its very clean. This is first time that my friend and I visit Phnom Penh. So, this hotel makes this vacation more remarkable. The view in the night is spectacular. If I had I chance I definitely would choose this hotel again. :)

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. Super friendly staff, and the meal test fantastic. Nice decorated and well maintained, the green environment around make me felt natural with the sound of waterfall in the pool. I have no doubt to suggest this place to my other friends.

On any visit to Phnom Penh, my choice of hotel is automatic: Raffles Le Royal. From reception desk hospitality to guest room comfort/leanliness to relaxing hotel spa to spacious swimming pools, all is maintained at a five-star-plus level. Plus, the entire staff could not be nicer nor more professional. I spent 4 nights there in September and was delighted at every turn. I’ll recommend Raffles’ The Elephant Bar for entertaining. I will also call out the dining room for consistently super service and excellent breakfasts. My favorite? Pancakes, as whipped up by chef Sifa Coi. While I’m sure her culinary talents extend far and wide, I always compliment Sifa on making the best pancakes in Southeast Asia. Au kun cheraown (thank you very much) to the entire team at Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh. See you again just as soon as I can.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Phnom Penh. They maintain the Marriott world-class standards at this location. Breakfast was outstanding, and executive lounge was one of the best. The executive lounge staff was courteous and professional. They made us feel welcome and well cared for. Mr. Russell (Zillur Rohoman) made sure that we had mangos every morning. Mr. Ravinder Singh Manhas and Ms. Sreytouch Tep went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable. Thanks. We flew to Phnom Penh from Shanghai, our first ever visited to Cambodia. We booked our stay at palace hotel as it seemed convenient to travel to other places. Next day we traveled to sight seems places and forgot our check out time is 12 pm, and we could only check out by 3 pm. While checking out the staff didn’t even only mention about the overstay, but also helped us with many little things. If you ever visit this city I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property. They have a great team who take care of each guest with utmost respect and care. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼🫶🏽

The room is large and all kinds of facilities are well-equipped. My favorite is this living room. I came to Phnom Penh on a business trip, so his living room can meet guests. If you don’t want to meet guests in the room, friends who feel unofficial can also go to his living room and tea room meeting room. The night view of his sky garden is also great, and what is amazing to me is that his house actually has a small intelligent system. You can turn off the lights and turn on the TV without doing it yourself. You can help you do it by shouting a small degree. The service of his house is also one-to-one, and there are various entertainment venues around. I know all about it. Haha, I went to the palace to take a turn and take a Mekong cruise at night. It is very close to recommend everyone to experience it.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!
